    Extreme Working Environment!
The good thingsFriendly colleagues, Best Leaders, Good working Environment established by the Leads
The challengesSome employees were used to power tripping. Some leaders were not the best to ask for things such as work process. Sometimes they will refer you to a guide which will confuse you because a lot of internal sources were avaible and it's confusing if you will take a look with all of it.

    Beware of getting laid off
The good thingsSupportive teammates and members are not being micromanaged in my department. Pretty decent salary comparable to market
The challengesPretty much basic benefits. This company is heavily based on your metrics and you have to shell out your own money for your quarterly assembly

    Great software company
The good thingsGreat work-life balance, and very supportive of remote work setup. Inclusive and collaborative culture. My peers, managers and leadership are approachable and always ready to help. Everyone is nice, considerate and respectful. Employee population is diverse; I get to work with and learn from people from different backgrounds and cultures. Employee recognition and appreciation is the norm. Whether it’s anniversaries, birthdays or achievements, people in Caspio (even the CEO) do a great job at recognizing employees. Above average compensation compared to other companies in the tech industry, even for non-tech/dev positions.
The challengesWhile compensation is above average, benefits are pretty standard. Benefits could be improved to be more attractive in the market. Review/improve leave policies, increase allowances, etc. Learning/training opportunities are quite lacking. But I was told that HR and management are already building and planning trainings for employees. Looking forward to that!

    Great place to work!
The good thingsThe culture and work environment of the company is great. People in Caspio are fun to work with even in the most difficult times. Caspio promotes work-life balance and even provide great opportunities for each individual.
The challengesThe company is continuously growing and change is inevitable. One should be able to adapt quickly to the changes (management process & the Caspio platform) and flexible enough to handle multiple projects from different clients (different countries) at the same time.

The challengesOne should be flexible to shift schedule depending on business needs specially when working with clients or collaborating with teammates from other offices with different time zones.

    Technical at its finest
The good thingsThey value their employees and very much open to changes if a certain employee suggests one. They focus more on improving the quality of service by updating the process from time to time and there are a lot of initiatives from the heads to approve the services requested. They are also very generous when it comes to spending foods for each employees during monthly breakfasts and weekly food snack supplies.
The challengesThere will always be instances wherein the company will have its downsides but they are very much pretty okay and the team manager will be always there to guide you and help you improve your job quality.

The challengesI don't see any challenges that the company cannot work on and address.

It's a promising startup Silicon Valley-based company in the Philippines
The good thingsI love being part of the pioneer team and doing my part of helping the company grow. The work environment, though the office is still quite in its humble beginnings, is also quite enjoyable because people here are friendly, and even if you are new, the team will make you feel right at home from the very first day of work. You also get to communicate and interact with the CEO and executives personally, which is rare for most companies. And with about 16 years of operations in the US, you don't have to worry about the stability of the company.
The challengesAs with any startups, it is still quite a challenge to get budget approvals for certain initiatives that you would like to push. Pretty understandable since it's still a new company and still trying to build itself, but I'm pretty sure that this will all change once the company has grown bigger and has achieved its goals for setting up office here in the Philippines.
