    The good thingsI was able to explore new things and improve my communication skills. I was able to get out on my comfort zone and was able to meet all types of people from all walks of life. I was able to develop a new set of goals in life and my future plans in life.
    The challengesAt first, adapting to a new set of environment was difficult and hard, but as the time passes I was able to cope and adapt. Adjustment period took long since the company is just new in the market and policies and regulations are need to be polish and establish. Work flow is not consistent as of the moment and needs improvement.
