    Cabalen is a group of casual - fine dining restaurants known for authentic Capampangan dishes and different Filipino specialties. It started in 1974 in San Fernando, Pampanga as a small Bahay Pasalubong Restaurant selling specialty food dishes, then grew into a restaurant called "Ituro Mo, Iluto Ko". In 1986, the first Cabalen Eat-all-you-Can, Eat-all-you-Want Restaurant was opened in West Avenue, Quezon City. Gradually, it expands and became the most popular buffet restaurant in the Philippines. To date, there are twenty eight (28) branches of Cabalen:- SM Mall of Asia- Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City- Robinsons Place Manila- Market! Market! Taguig City- Glorietta 2, Makati- SM Mega Mall- West Avenue- Tri Noma- SM North EDSA- Robinsons Starmills, San Fernando, Pampanga- SM Pampanga- SM Clark- Harbor Point, Subic- SM City Cebu- SM Bacoor- SM Fairview- SM Lipa, Batangas- SM Baliuag Bulacan- SM Dasmariñas Cavite- SM Trece Martires- SM San Lazaro- SM Cabanatuan- SM Seaside Cebu- SM Bacolod- Robinson Iloilo- SM Ilocos Norte- SM San Jose Del Monte- SM Lucena- Robinson Galleria- San Bruno California (International)Now you don’t have to fly out of the Philippines to satisfy your THAI cuisine cravings.
