It was during my time at CMCI wherein I was their Training Officer that I was able to facilitate and implement change programs ranging from the drafting and disseminating of the company's Mission / Vision statements to process re-engineering.
The challengesThere were quite a bit of people down the ranks that resisted the changes that were taking place. The difficuly lies with making the old-timers see that if change is not adopted, the company, as well as their livelihood, might be placed in peril.
