Our company has been around since March 2012 and as of today, we have more than one hundred direct hired employees. Our fleet has significant experience in producing advanced creatives for top-tier brands on the largest online media platforms. We also understand the online ecosystem and are equipped to handle the most demanding online needs.     The challengesThe management here is terrible and they have no idea what they are doing. They do not know how to handle their people and the management thinks they are above everyone else.

    The challengesThey are not practicing standard HR procedures such as Performance management system and organizational development. The HR has no real power. The management always decides. Most of the time, finance interferes with HR. I think it is not good for the heart of company.
