    Terrible and a waste of time.
    The good thingsNothing that I can say of.
    The challengesThe management here is terrible and they have no idea what they are doing. They do not know how to handle their people and the management thinks they are above everyone else.

    The challengesThey are not practicing standard HR procedures such as Performance management system and organizational development. The HR has no real power. The management always decides. Most of the time, finance interferes with HR. I think it is not good for the heart of company.

    Wideout experience
    The good thingsThe people arr very kind and accomodating. HR and finance team are very pro-active. The company provides superior learning experience and give different kinds of training to employees. They also send employees abroad for training. Lastly, the company make sure that employees will have a work life balance. So pressure of work is not that heavy.
    The challengesErradicating redundant task or process. Study the new process before implementation.
