    The good thingsPrevious TL because he made us feel protected and guided. Only stayed because of my TL but now promoted as OM to another account, and I got transferred to another team leader who was incompetent and no power to protect his agents. Nice HMO.
    The challengesI got transferred to another team leader that is incompetent and no power to protect his agents. Cannot protect and fight for our rights from QA when there is disputes, very high concurrence of chats, no resolution when there is an issue. A lot of disputable dissatisfied because of prank chatters but the AD does not approve to remove it and that was the biggest question! If the prank chat was satisfied, she immediately and efficiently removes it. Low salary. Low offer for experienced agents. No annual salary increase. Hard to get the 3k incentives due to unncessary requirements.
