    You'll learn a lot. As in, A LOT.
    The good thingsYou don't have just a workmates, you also have a friend and a second family. If you're a fresh grad, this will be a great platform for you. You're not just a draftsman, you'll have an opportunity to design and from your design, you have a team that will help you to critic, as well as your boss. And its a good thing that you can't find with another company. You have a chance to design your own though you don't have a license yet.
    The challengesWe have two bosses. A father and a daughter, and their taste of designs are different. But anyhow, you can learn a lot from the both of them. They're both great too when in comes to Architecture.

    Great colleagues and mentors. Overall good experience.
    The good thingsThe work environment is comfortable and relaxed. It is a small firm and I was given a chance to design while being guided by seniors and an engineer. This is a friendly workplace with lots of opportunity for learning.
    The challengesThere wasn't a lot of site exposure.
