    It's great to be in the company.
    The good thingsThe top management were not to strict in terms of dealing with their employees. They wanted to teach their employees specially the supervisors on how to work and do the task accurately.
    The challengesThe challenges is that you might encounter other sister companies resulting some misunderstanding in terms of checking all of the concerns regarding in all transactions.
