You're not just a draftsman, you'll have an opportunity to design and from your design, you have a team that will help you to critic, as well as your boss. And its a good thing that you can't find with another company. You have a chance to design your own though you don't have a license yet.
The challengesWe have two bosses. A father and a daughter, and their taste of designs are different. But anyhow, you can learn a lot from the both of them. They're both great too when in comes to Architecture.
