High quality demand for low quality pay that is not worth the stress and exhaustion.
The good thingsFree snacks, video games and shuttle service. Great benefits including HMO and other allowances. Great way build your resume and portfolio and overall industry experience.
The challengesVery stressful work environment. Pay is too low for the amount of hours and high quality work they expect you to deliver on a day to day basis. Doing unpaid overtime is almost a daily ritual. Micromanaging and nitpicking is rampant on every level. There's a lot of ego driven feedback from your peers, leads and managers that doesn't really help with the overall quality of the work. It's difficult to get promoted even if you reach your KPI's and excelled in performance reviews. Elitist attitude is very prominent, you would get talked down to and reminded of how lucky you are that your working for the big name company. Be wary of their ridiculous Non-disclosure and Non-compete Agreements when you leave the company.

Started off challenging, but the company is becoming a better place to work
The good thingslots of toxic people left, and environment has gotten a lot better and more growth opportunities available. managers are helpful, workload is becoming more manageable and management is transparent and as supportive as they can be. they also didnt force people to come back to the office and made sure people can adjust with the new setup after pandemic
The challengesyou're under the mercy of the headquarters sometimes when some decisions are made since it's an international company
