    Overall, my experience has been positive due to the supportive environment and growth opportunities.
    The good thingsI’ve really appreciated the supportive and approachable management, which creates a positive work environment. The company also provides a strong sense of job security, which is very important. Practical benefits like free parking make daily work more convenient, and I value the opportunity for growth through training certifications that help prepare employees for promotion roles.
    The challengesOne area that could be improved is compensation, particularly in terms of salary increases. A more competitive and structured approach to pay progression would further motivate employees and reflect their contributions.

    No recommended Company !!Working at TTEC has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences I've had. Not a good company, not recommended to anyone. low pay salary. I'm just glad that it's a WFH position. Stressful environment since the target AHT they wanted it not realistic, and they don't care about teammates.

    Not bad. It depends on the team you will be in. Some have great leaders, some don't. Not only you will be facing stress from customers but also with management. The pay is good enough, especially with performance incentives.
    The good thingsGood pay for Fresh Graduates with no experience with BPO | Organized and clean station and work place
    The challengesClient is so strict. TLs act supportive but give mean side comments even when it's not agents' fault (policy driven). Performance will never be enough, they always find a hole in your performance. Management became so strict it limits the Teams.

    TTEC gave me a lot of opportunities and is generous towards employees that are doing great. They were working-student friendly as long as your absences are minimal (request leaves). This company is highly recommended if you're starting to work in BPO industry.

    I highly enjoyed my first time in the BPO scene and I will definitely recommend the company.
    The good thingsIt's great that on TTEC, there are many outstanding individuals working with you towards a common goal since diversity and teamwork is highly emphasized. There are some bad apples but you get that everyday. Management is just good but with many people under your bucket, they tend to make a decision for the benefit of everyone.
    The challengesGrowth opportunities are really hard to come by.

    The good thingsMy colleagues were amazing. They were the number 1 reason I stayed in the company. Aside from being given the opportunity to work from hone, I also loved the fact that people were given opportunities to advance. We also had a talent development program which shows how much TTEC prioritizes internal promotion than looking for external talents.
    The challengesRewards and recognition system isn’t exactly satisfactory. TTEC only gives all their budget for a select few in the WHOLE company 😔 It is also difficult to get a raise here. Loyalty and good performance equates to a token instead of increase in pay. In some cases, especially the most recent one, they let go loyal and extraordinary employees because of financial challenges but retained the non-performing folks.

    overtime it became so draining. not the company but the account. no wonder a lot of tenured and used to be loyal employees resigned due to the changes every month

    The challengesfrequent changes almost every single month. additional on metrics and everything just makes it hard to catch up especially if you're still working on other stuff to meet up with qualifications
