    Not bad. It depends on the team you will be in. Some have great leaders, some don't. Not only you will be facing stress from customers but also with management. The pay is good enough, especially with performance incentives.
    The good thingsGood pay for Fresh Graduates with no experience with BPO | Organized and clean station and work place
    The challengesClient is so strict. TLs act supportive but give mean side comments even when it's not agents' fault (policy driven). Performance will never be enough, they always find a hole in your performance. Management became so strict it limits the Teams.
