    TTEC is one of the best company to start your BPO journey
    The good thingsWith 13th month pay but paid in two installments (Half in June and half in December). Great on HMO under Philcare but extra dependents will have additional charge. Higher chance to be promoted.
    The challengesyou need to get a long with the higher ops
