    The good thingsThey give opportunity for those recently graduates and for those who wants to have job experience in BPO industry.
    The challengesBasic salary is low compared to other companies. Overtime pay is very low.

    3 years with TSA is full of happiness and disappointments as well but I don't regret it.

    Being a part of TSA is one that I don't regret
    The good thingsThere's monthly incentives that you really have to showcase your talent, skills and knowledge that will definitely try to enhance you.
    The challengesNumber one would be the schedules. Yes it is day shift but you're just gonna be shocked that your shifts will change for the next week even though there's already plotted in the system and it's a completely different shifts everyday that just doesn't align. That's what draining about it.

    The challengesNo fixed schedule like it changes every week including your day offs. No support and TL’s are always on meeting. Workload overload Management and QA’s are not aligned to the updates.

    The good thingsExperience meet good people, learn from it. Will help you bring out the best in you and level up. I also enjoyed incentives, power hour whick makes me want to push more with my sales.
    The challengesChallenges will be as I started here during pandemic and of course new platform using but not that really hard because of the people who will help you but not spoon feeding. We also have tools that will make it easier to work with.

    YES TO CAREER GROWTH!
    The good thingsThe company provides overflowing opportunities for the employees to grow in terms of career. From one IJP to another, you need not look elsewhere. They make sure you have options to advance and be the best version of your working self.
    The challengesIf I had to say anything, it would probably be the scheduling when I was still an agent. There were times I have a 6-day work schedule, 1 day off. But you paid with a fixed amount. Regardless if you worked for 13 days per cut off, or 10 days, you get paid for the same amount. It doesnt change.
