Glad I came across this company three years ago.The good thingsI’ve been with TSA for two turning three years now and I’d say this is one of the best choice I made when I was still applying. The management is very supportive and engaged with the employees. They strive to provide us with what we require to be the most effective when handling our client’s customers.
The challengesChallenges would be the tools initially provided by the client. TSA was able to turn it around and be proactive in equipping us with the knowledge and supporting tools to be efficient in what we do.
