    I joined TSA group early January of 2021. TSA has always been one of my top dream workplaces mainly due to the benefits that is being offered for their employees. My role could be a little too challenging but If you're the type of person who always look for self improvement, TSA is for you.
    The good things- Mid to High Salary range(in my honest opinion) especially for single employee with minimum to mid expenses. - A lot of room for opportunities. TSA promotes internal talent acquisition. - Friendly colleagues and bosses. - Company stability
    The challenges- Most roles are not entry-level friendly (But I've also seen BPO newbies getting hired as well.) - Chaotic work schedules

    A dream job come true. A perfect place to work with. All pur professionals from recruitment to trainers to supervisors to the maintenance people! Truly an honor to be part of TSA fam!
    The good thingsCompetitive salary. A great place to work with. I never thought that changing company would be this so fun. TSA promised a career growth to to their people with exceptional skills. Aside from the salary, that is really good, incentives and other power-hour gave me more excitement to come to work everyday.
    The challengesChallenges started when we need work back on site, the traffic and given that the site is within the mall vicinity, rush hour is really a pain but that dis not lessen my excitement to come to work everyday. Working at TSA, i must say, is less stressful!
