    We have been treated fairly and it has been great working with the iinet team.
    The good thingsThis may only be true if you are profiled to iiNet tech (Subsidiary of TPG). Working here is has been a delight, SS, team leaders, heck even the OM are great to work with. Kind, and it feels people care for one another, we are friendly to newbies but we expect you to also do your work to learn the job. People are responsible and accountable and will feel that if you have any requests - granted they are reasonable, then your TL or even management can cater your request.
    The challengesWFH since the pandemic but now transitioning to more and more onsite. Integrity is paramount here. If you`re found to be manipulating stats or cheating in any way to avoid work. You`ll be gone, but still with due process. Offer is above average but years down the line there will be very minimal movement of your salary not unless you are promoted.

    don't apply here. it used to be great back in the day but now this company is very appalling.
    The good thingsit was excellent back in the day but now.....no comment
    The challengesthe management is so toxic KPIs are very hard to achieve and if you fail one of them, you will be enrolled in PSP. The process of the department i been to is very confusing and it changes like every week or so. There's no solid or standard process. i false mistake it's like ur gonna lose your job right away

    Career growth and extensive training
    The good thingsI’ve been in the company for almost a year and I was trained to be an all rounder. They give out training from left to right to fully understand not just their service but the technical side of telecommunications as well. In the span of 9 months, I’ve been promoted twice and they’ve been very patient in our learning process. The benefits are good like HMO on first day plus 2 free dependents after 3 months of being hired. Leave credits can also be used right away. 15 Sick leave and 15 Vacation leave that can be converted to cash, as well as 1 day Thank You leave each year and 10 days paid pandemic leave. Hybrid set-up of twice a month is also great, but I’d rather stay and work at home for convenience. Dayshift gives me work and life balance and healthy lifestyle.
    The challengesExtensive training is great but can be overwhelming sometimes. The process are confusing and hard to perfect but teammates and leaders are really helpful. Hoping for more company benefits like Life insurance and retirement savings. No free parking and free shuttle as well so RTO is a struggle. Not all leaders have great personality but they will shape and push you to be a better version of yourself. Too many job responsibilities are being passed, hoping they’ll hire more people for less pressure on current team that is handling too much orders at the moment. Still new for this but hoping for the best.

    The challenges- The gym isn't inhouse - No sleeping quarters - The seller of the food in the pantry/canteen is sometimes not present - No bidet in the CR

    The challengesTHEY LEAVE THEIR CANDIDATES HANGING FOR A JOB OFFER. PLEASE HAVE THE DECENCY TO AT LEAST SEND THEM A REJECTION EMAIL INSTEAD OF GHOSTING THEM AFTER GOING THROUGH THE TEDIOUS HIRING PROCESS. IF YOU HAVE ENGAGED A CANDIDATE FOR A POSITION AND PHONE SCREENED THEM, YOU OWE THEM A FOLLOW-UP, LET THEM KNOW THEIR STANDING AND IF THEY ARE MOVING FORWARD OR NOT. POOR CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS.

    The good thingsVery considerate especially during this pandemic. Still working from home until today. From March 2020, and we are now in January 2021.
    The challengesVery strict attendance policy, a second late is still a late whatever your reason is. May it be valid or not, which is understandable and acceptable as we practice punctuality in a call center environment. Was trained for another Line of Business but no increase given. They are also not considerate regarding some system and internet issues occurred at home during this WFH set up.

    Ineffective workflow process that leads to overworked employees. Palakasan / Padrino system is appalling. They do not evaluate and acknowledge employees performance, they rather promote people who are close to the supervisors or managers even they are not qualified.
