Career growth and extensive trainingThe good thingsI’ve been in the company for almost a year and I was trained to be an all rounder. They give out training from left to right to fully understand not just their service but the technical side of telecommunications as well. In the span of 9 months, I’ve been promoted twice and they’ve been very patient in our learning process. The benefits are good like HMO on first day plus 2 free dependents after 3 months of being hired. Leave credits can also be used right away. 15 Sick leave and 15 Vacation leave that can be converted to cash, as well as 1 day Thank You leave each year and 10 days paid pandemic leave. Hybrid set-up of twice a month is also great, but I’d rather stay and work at home for convenience. Dayshift gives me work and life balance and healthy lifestyle.
The challengesExtensive training is great but can be overwhelming sometimes. The process are confusing and hard to perfect but teammates and leaders are really helpful. Hoping for more company benefits like Life insurance and retirement savings. No free parking and free shuttle as well so RTO is a struggle. Not all leaders have great personality but they will shape and push you to be a better version of yourself. Too many job responsibilities are being passed, hoping they’ll hire more people for less pressure on current team that is handling too much orders at the moment. Still new for this but hoping for the best.
