It’s been a good run with the company. 2/5 for me
The good thingsSalary is good. Office is nice.
The challengesLack of recognition. Managers think too highly of themselves. No growth. In order for you to be promoted you should be a YES-man. To get a better salary you should “show them more” of what you can offer for the company.

Overall it's a good brand and environment is aesthetically okay.
The good thingsThe environment aesthetic is fun, the fun squad are easy to work with and you get to meet a lot of people.
The challengesThere is a lack of recognition and there are credit grabbing officers. The office politics in not easy to ignore. There are a lot of conflicting and unclear instructions from superiors. It is also unclear when the salary will arrive. When you try to suggest ideas, you will be scolded but your ideas will be used anyway then credit will be given to the one who remembered. Budget is limited and used for other things so when needed nothing can be used anymore. Hard to innovate.

Poor management, no onboarding, heavy micromanagement, unrealistic deadlines, and a toxic culture.
The good thingsCompetitive salary and benefits. The company has strong brand recognition and resources
The challengesI joined Timezone Philippines as a creative from the start, but the experience was highly challenging. There was no proper onboarding, and poor management alignment caused confusion and conflicting directions. Micromanagement was heavy, limiting creative freedom, while unrealistic deadlines required completing multiple design tasks in very short periods. Contributions were often unrecognized, with credit taken by others, and excessive office politics created a manipulative, stressful environment. Artists were treated more like production tools than valued team members, making it difficult to feel connected or belong. Despite the attractive salary and benefits, the culture and work conditions make the role unsustainable for creatives.
