A stable and rewarding career at an industry leader, with great benefits and a supportive local team culture.
The good thingsI've truly enjoyed the positive and supportive work environment. The company culture encourages collaboration and recognizes hard work. The benefits package is excellent, and the salary was always paid on time without any issues. Management is very understanding and flexible when it comes to personal and sick leave, which creates a great work-life balance. There are clear paths for professional development, and I felt supported in my career growth.
The challengesGiven the company's immense size as one of the largest in the Philippines, some processes can be slow-moving and require navigating multiple layers of approval. While this structure provides stability, it can sometimes hinder agility. Fostering a stronger sense of connection and streamlining communication across the entire massive organization could further enhance the employee experience.

SM got it all for you
The good thingsGreat and fun work place.
The challengesCrab mentality within your work team, as well as in the top management. Low (below average salary) compare to other local companies / market. More improvement on handling covid cases within the organization. Management are good in making promises and false hopes. No work no pay policy. No work from home. Last in, first out policy during pandemic.
