    Great frontline team, but punitive management, unsustainable workload, and poor offboarding.
    The good thingsI genuinely enjoyed working alongside my direct reports and fellow team members. The front line staff are incredibly hardworking, resilient, and supportive of one another, which makes the day-to-day interactions rewarding despite the difficult operational environment.
    The challengesThere is a severe disconnect between management and the realities on the ground. The workload can become completely unsustainable; I was assigned nearly double the number of direct reports than initially agreed upon during my hiring without any adjustments to compensation. The management style leans heavily towards being punitive rather than supportive. For example, employees face disciplinary action for prioritising physical safety during natural disasters over routine administrative data entry. Additionally, there is a lack of basic hardware support for remote workers. Internal processes, such as scheduled performance increases, are often delayed due to management inefficiencies. Finally, the offboarding process is aggressively handled, with the company attempting to enforce questionable two-year employment/training bonds and holding final pay during disputes.

    DON'T APPLY! RUN!! It's not worth it.
    The good thingsNone. The company is pro client and don't really care about their agents.
    The challengesThey say managers are there to serve as support to the VAs but the managers don't even support you. The managers are just there to nitpick everything you do. In my experience, I have a good relationship with my client but the managers always finds a way to blame me for something.

The positive aspects are many: The emphasis on personal accountability and ownership has empowered me to lead and make an impact. The culture fosters collaboration and purpose, and there’s a clear sense of community here, even in a remote setup. Programs like onboarding, leadership development, and continuous feedback loops show how much the company values clarity, structure, and people’s long-term success. Of course, there are challenges too. The pace can be intense at times, especially when priorities shift or alignment across teams isn’t immediately clear. Remote work can sometimes blur boundaries, requiring extra effort to manage time and energy. But what makes the difference is how the company encourages work-life integration, open communication, and constant improvement. When issues arise, we talk about them and adapt.     The good thingsThe company provides excellent training and ongoing support, which helped me grow professionally and personally. The structured workflow, clear expectations, and supportive leadership made remote work smooth and fulfilling. I also appreciated the strong sense of community, even in a virtual setup.
    The challengesWorking remotely can feel isolating at times, especially without face-to-face interaction. Communication is fully online, so being proactive is a must. The structured setup may also feel limiting for those who prefer more flexible or freelance-style work.

    Professional and efficient but with inconsistent recruitment standards.
    The good thingsThe recruitment process is fast, but you need to follow up to receive a result after the final interview.
    The challengesI’m not impressed with how the recruitment process is handled. Regardless of passing the online exams or answering all the questions during the final interview, it seems decisions are made based on personal preferences rather than objective criteria.

    The good thingsSalary rate supposedly. Health care.but none of this came true
    The challengesI applied and was offered a good salary rate. But first joining date is 9/18/2023. They moved it to 10/09/2023 and the just got an email saying they move it again next year 01/15/2024. I have sent most of my requirements. Spent money, time and effort. But they did not seem to care. I rejected two offers because you promised me a secured job. Your company give me nothing but stress right now. I no longer trust your company and nobody should. You do not have sympathy for job seekers like me.

    No other company provides awesome support than TVH!
    The good thingsThe Virtual Hub has been the best company I have been in in my entire working life. They have the best support system and amiable and approachable staff, and I felt like I belonged even on my first day of employment with the hub. They listen, and they can still be reached even beyond the work schedule if you need help.
    The challengesThe challenge I found has been with regard to the salary range. During my start with the company, my salary was small compared to other companies I have been to even from the beginning. But with the stability of employment, with or without a client, I knew I was in good hands.

    Great opportunities with healthy working environment around other members of the team, as well as supportive leaders that will guide you all the way through every process and trainings.
