    The good thingsCollaborative, Very approachable environment, Good Training and very welcoming. The team is very accommodating and they help out whenever you have questions. They have a lot of plans for their employees' career growth. Has a weekly update regarding the companies plans from the CEO
    The challengesWhen you're starting salary is kinda low. I came from a company with a good benefit and allowances even if you're still new but in TVH you only have Medical benefit from Day 1 then you'll have to wait for a year to have more benefits, allowances and raise on your basic salary
