    Poor management. Selected benefits for the employees.
    The good thingsAt the start it was good. Provided us with the equipment to use in working.
    The challengesI realized eventually that the company doesn't give me any benefits but the other employees do. They even cut out salaries for the "tax" thing they called. Delayed salary for about 2-5 months. Didn't even learn anything from them.

    Terrible Communication and Delayed Payment
    The good thingsIt started out nice out first. I actually enjoyed doing the project they gave me and I learned a lot.
    The challengesCommunication was very spotty. No updates. Meetings will be set and I will have to wait for it but no updates or apologies came. Payment was delayed. They asked me to do another output but did not process my contract. The admin just apologized with no explanation on why I was treated that way.
