    The good thingsThe team are awesome in encouraging one another. My leader's acknowledged the impact I made in the business. Very supportive with the training materials. Healthcare for family is almost endless. Unli food! Salary was awesome. ; P
    The challengesI hope they can help their employee's with the transportation as the travel to the new work site is extremely difficult for post pandemic hire.

    The good thingsOn top of above industry benefits and bonuses, I pride myself with GOC's unique culture and 5 values - Improve Continuously, Better Together, Respect the Responsibility, Save the Day, Everyday, and Work Hard Play Hard. Embodying these 5 values play a vital role throughout the year's performance. There's abundant amount of food, snacks and drinks but I guess that's already a cliché. Also love that there's consistent interaction with the GOC senior leadership team through quarterly virtual townhalls and talks. If you're into learning and development, you may enroll to a variety of course offerings based on any skill you'd like to acquire and develop. The harmonious working environment within the teams also helps drive collaboration.

    GOC cares and will never let you down.
    The good thingsGOC will never let you down, this was tested during pandemic, we were the 1st one to work from home. They sent us numerous swags to make us feel loved and remembered, work from kits, allowance and a lot more. GOC Leaders are amazing - you will not see them confined in a room, you can even chit chat with them and have coffee. Amazing workplace, free food and snacks and alot of engagement activities.
    The challengesThe challenge is being equally great with the rest. GOC and people working for this company are all amazing.
