    The good thingsGreat experience for starters who wants to work on design field.
    The challengesChallenges are: 1.) Too many projects to be handled by a staff engineer ex 1:10 projects. 2.) Too many meetings to attend too little time to work on design. 3.) Lack of electrical design software tools.
