    I liked my colleagues but poor management esp. disorganized finances of the company can't coincide with having a good career.

    Poor management. Selected benefits for the employees.
    The good thingsAt the start it was good. Provided us with the equipment to use in working.
    The challengesI realized eventually that the company doesn't give me any benefits but the other employees do. They even cut out salaries for the "tax" thing they called. Delayed salary for about 2-5 months. Didn't even learn anything from them.

    Terrible Communication and Delayed Payment
    The good thingsIt started out nice out first. I actually enjoyed doing the project they gave me and I learned a lot.
    The challengesCommunication was very spotty. No updates. Meetings will be set and I will have to wait for it but no updates or apologies came. Payment was delayed. They asked me to do another output but did not process my contract. The admin just apologized with no explanation on why I was treated that way.

    As a Content Developer the work here is not that difficult. From your start up to now you will learn and discover new things. The company also provided us what we need this ECQ
    The good thingsI love working with the people they are really nice. The bosses also are all nice. They treat us pizza's when they are in the mood and also increase our salary every year.
    The challengesthe challenge for me here is the working environment. It still needs redeveloping because the building is too tight if ever new employees would be hired.
