Very good. There's still room for improvement but overall experience is very good. Would recommend!
The good things- Employee first culture - Healthy work environment/ Not Toxic - HR Managers are fast to take actions to their employees' feedback, comments, or concerns. - Nice & creative office designs - Tidy office, properly maintained & cleaned by the maintenance team - Wonderful and helpful ammenities. Their offices have a daycare w/ teachers & nannies inside where parents are free to bring their kids if they have a work schedule and no one will look after their kids. They also have a free gym where employees are free to workout. Toilets are clean with bidet, soap, and tissues. They also have a gaming area where employees are free to sing in the karaoke, play instruments such as drums, guitar, keyboard, they also have a gaming console, billiards, computers, basketball and foosball. Their sleeping quarters are clean and have a nice bed. Aside from the sleeping quarters, they also have bean bags where you can freely sit down/ lie down during break time, and massage chairs. - Free meal during shift
The challenges- More competitive salary (Altho my salary is good there, I got P35,000/month, but with other accounts, their salary is less. It would still depend on the account you're handling.) - Power tripping with some of managers/heads should not be allowed. (Not all managers tho, just a few of them.)

Provided chat support at TaskUs for a ride-sharing platform, resolving customer inquiries.
The good thingsI've enjoyed engaging with my clients and providing them with the best customer service experience.
The challengesThe things that I thought I needed improvement in during my time with TaskUs were my performance metrics, skills, and knowledge. Since I was new to the industry at that time, there was a lot to improve and learn.

I have gained knowledge working and developed my understanding of working as a customer service rep.
The good thingsErgonomic Workstations: High-quality chairs and adjustable desks that prevent the "desk fatigue" common in long shifts. On-site Relaxation Zones: Access to nap rooms, massage chairs, or "quiet zones" that allow you to truly disconnect during your breaks. Fitness Facilities: Having a gym or yoga studio in the building makes it significantly easier to stay healthy without a separate commute. Psychological Safety: A culture where feedback is a two-way street and you feel supported by management rather than just monitored. Focus on Growth: Better-than-average training programs and clear pathways for promotion, showing they view you as a long-term investment. Work-Life Integration: Flexible scheduling or generous leave policies that acknowledge you have a life outside of your headset. Entertainment Options: Game rooms (billiards, PS5s, table tennis) that foster organic bonding with teammates and provide a much-needed dopamine hit between calls.
The challengesAmenities like game rooms and social lounges can make the office feel like home, which often leads to staying much longer than your 8-hour shift, making true work-life balance harder to achieve. In a people-first BPO, there is often an implicit expectation: "We give you all these perks, so your KPIs should be perfect." This can create a high-pressure environment where minor mistakes feel like a betrayal of the company’s "generosity."

I’m thankful for my team who created a positive, non-toxic, and supportive working environment.
The good thingsThe working environment is very good and colorful, which creates a positive and uplifting atmosphere. It helps boost energy, creativity, and motivation at work. The vibrant setup makes the workplace more enjoyable and contributes to better teamwork and overall morale.
The challengesOne of the main challenges is the limited opportunity for career growth and salary increase. While the workload and responsibilities continue to grow, advancement and compensation adjustments are not always aligned, which can affect long-term motivation and retention.

Overall, I am happy to be part of TaskUs even if it was for a short period. My Team Leader supported my stay and reason for leaving. Hoping to be rehirable.
The good thingsThe company offered Work From Home opportunities to stay at home parents. They also provided the machine (desktop and headset) used for completing daily tasks. Benefit wise, the company provided Healthcare for upto 2 dependents and leave credits are also competitive.
The challengesWorking on a desktop with wired connection made it difficult to relocate in cases of slow to no internet connection availability. Also, the account did not offer any monthly, quarterly or even annual incentives contrary to what was explained during the job offer making it an issue with productivity of most team mates when moved to production. Healthcare was provided on Day 1 for employee and on Day 15th for 1st dependent but you have to always follow-up with HR for details and updates. Separation pay should still be provided for resigning employees even if it is an immediate reason since the company's focus is employee centric.

The company provides a strong foundation for early-career professionals, especially those who appreciate a creative work environment, though the compensation may not fully align with the demands of the role.
The good thingsThe company offers a great environment for early-career professionals, particularly those who thrive in creatively designed office spaces.
The challenges The compensation did not fully reflect the scope and intensity of the responsibilities involved

#RidiculouslyGood (just be less ridiculous and be more good.)
The good thingsIf you are a contact center newbie and are looking to get your chops in the outsourcing industry, this company is your best bet. With the demise of Convergys and IBM-Daksh, they provide the best new hire/foundation skills training programs of any outsourcer that I've been a part of; and my peers can attest to that, too. Bryce and Jaspar are really cool bosses, too; it's fun to ride the elevator and go to parties with them. Their now-defunct "Lizardbear Lair" location is also greatly missed.
The challengesUnfortunately, their "ridiculously good" experience capitalized on the "ridiculous" and not on the "good" in as far as their project and workforce management teams are concerned. Of what use is a good house (their really nice office facilities) if it can't be made into a good home (thanks to their project leaders, who oftentimes are bogged down by the fact that their collective left brain doesn't know what their collective right brain is doing.)

Good, enjoying it, not challenging. Salary wise good for newbies/ for an entry level job
The good things-Inclusivity and diversity -Auto approved leaves (sick leaves and vacation leaves+ 1 birthday leave) -good environment for newbies in working industry -free 1 meal ticket per shift -engagements and events
    The challenges-the number of workloads.

Great at first, but the great experience declines over time.
The good thingsThey have a lot of employee engagements and benefits
The challengesThey focus their funding on engagements and referrals, instead of directing these to the employees, where we can tangibly benefit.

Site leadership is the best in Antipolo, unfortunately I could not the same for Facilities Leadership. Recommending to those who would work for Operations.
The good thingsSite leadership is the best, I was able to thrive and really launch projects that went beyond Facilities Management
The challengesThe leadership within my vertical is influenced by internal politics, which impacts decision-making. There is an expectation to work long hours because the bosses do the same. They acquitted colleagues who were involved in theft cases.

    Apply at your own risk
The good thingsThey offer programs that help your well-being and mental health. They have academies that prepare you for your dream role either be a Team Leader, Quality Analyst, Workforce or Operations Manager.
The challengesCertain campaigns have high politics. You may have gotten the position but if they don't like you, no support. You'll just be a castaway. Upper management has micromanagers that destroys your well-being and mental health thus contradicting the advocacy of the company. Bad HMO provider and Salary.

I have a great experience, Great friends. But you cannot grown in an environment and management like that.
The good thingsThey have a great working environment that really inspires you to work hard and enjoy the job.
The challengesThe management will always be the one to stop you from enjoying things, They are implementing rules that everybody is not agreeing. And a toxic management who that doesnt allow you to speak

Good company in terms of management, work environment, salary and benefits. Work can be repetitive which can be good or bad based on your expectations and career goals.
The good thingsLeaders are not micromanaging as they trust that you will deliver according to the clients' needs. Working environment is nice at least in the BIDS (Business Intelligence and Data Science), as the people there are welcome to fresh and innovative ideas. Salary is average but there is a yearly bonus. On the other hand, HMO (self and dependents) also has a nice coverage.
The challengesWork can be a little bit repetitive which could be not good especially for someone who wants to build a career in Data Science/Analytics. If you are fond of creating dashboards then communicating its results to non-technical people, sure it's fine. But if you want to create statistical analysis or machine learning stuff, better to find another role or another company
