    The challengesThe company is very particular when it comes to CSAT. Eveb though you are meeting target but you fail to meet the CSAT for a month, they will enroll you to Project Green which means you have to meet another target for CSAT. If you failed, there's a high possibility that you will lose your job. No job security even for regular employees
