    I have a great experience, Great friends. But you cannot grown in an environment and management like that.

    The challengesThe management will always be the one to stop you from enjoying things, They are implementing rules that everybody is not agreeing. And a toxic management who that doesnt allow you to speak

    The company is good not the worst

    The challengesThe pandemic really hit my previous campaign. It doubled our workload even though they company was hiring multiple teammates for the campaign at that time. I don't know if that changed now.

    NOT A PEOPLE FIRST COMPANY. BE WARNED.
    The good thingsThe only good thing is the dayshift since we handle australian account.
    The challengesEverything from training to workload. You get transferred to another with very little training. Their NTE process is progressive and not on per violation basis. AND NO CLEANSING. no benefit that no other company doesn't offer. Not a very good place to work. STRESS HERE IS A DEATH MACHINE. Not mention salary is too LOW.

    The challengesAs you would expect in a young company, there are things that are lacking, facility wise. But there is potential and like any other business, it'll grow and once it grows, there is no stopping it.

    My experience here in TaskUs is by far pretty good.
    The good thingsAt TaskUs you're not just gonna work here. They will provide work + fun environment for you so your job will be less stress.
    The challengesI hope they will put out the 6 months rule to have a vacation leave. I hope they put 1 VL / month so that the new employees will enjoy their stay here at TaskUs
