    The good thingsPeople are good, treats each other like a family. Work/life balance is practiced.
    The challengesVery low salary and annual salary increase system is poorly made. Growth in this company is very difficult, there’s an existing politics in the company. Higher management will give you a chance for a promotion based on how long you have been with them not based on your performance.
