    Founded in 2008, SOPHI, Inc. is a boutique outsourcing center based in Dumaguete City, Philippines. As the main contact center for Boston-based start-up, StudentsOnly.com, we initially provided enrollment verification services to StudentUniverse.com, the largest online student travel agency in the US. In 2009, we've expanded our business model to cater to different clients in the virtual assistance space. We provide various services, such as phone support, email response handling, and data entry, among others.

    The good thingsI've been with the company for three years and SOPHI, is one of the best company I worked in. They value and listen to their employees. SOPHI made me grow professionally. They also provide awesome benfits. Especially when the pandemic and typhoon hit, they organized a contingency plan and relief operations to help their employees and other people in need.
