    Working here in SOPHI is amazing! I have learned a lot that I was not able to acquire on my previous jobs. You will really have a growth here. Thankful to be part now of the Sophi Fam.

    SOPHI is a Great Company
    The good thingsI've been with the company for three years and SOPHI, is one of the best company I worked in. They value and listen to their employees. SOPHI made me grow professionally. They also provide awesome benfits. Especially when the pandemic and typhoon hit, they organized a contingency plan and relief operations to help their employees and other people in need.

    The good thingsGreat company to work for, sad to start so late. I worked here for almost a month now and couldn't have chosen a better company for a new start.
    The challengesSalary is higher than the normal average in this region but only for this region. Some discrepancy of the salaries between the Cebu and Dumaguete.

    A Blessing Amidst the Pandemic
    The good thingsIn all honesty, SOPHI has been a true blessing for me especially during this pandemic. Aside from the competitive salary that they offer, the incentives and benefits have been wonderful. From free food Fridays to Medical and Dental Insurance. In fact, I was truly blessed to avail myself of my Medical Insurance during my recent surgery this month which covered the majority of my hospital bills. I will forever be grateful for that. Another thing that I would like to add is how peaceful the working environment is. Everyone is helpful and friendly. There is a sense of family that I truly appreciate. Although working in SOPHI has been my first BPO job, I can honestly say that I am glad to have found this company compared to other establishments in the same industry. I hope this review finds you and gives you the confidence to apply to any of the diverse positions this company has to offer. God bless!
    The challengesThis is not much of a con but more of a personal preference. Everyone has different schedules and rest days. This is normal in the BPO industry. I wish we all had the same rest days so we plan team-building activities to create a bond within the company or team.

    The good thingsThe people, the salary, the culture, the environment, everything's smooth and fine with me. For my almost 3 years of stay with them, I could say I'm home and this is where I belong.
    The challengesI know everything's not perfect but as long as you just follow their rules, everything will be okay and so far, I'm good and satisfied with SOPHI.

    The challengesLiterally the workplace. The company just recently started 2 or 3 years ago and during pandemic they have to cut off some part of the office but since everything is starting to get back to normal and the company os extremely growing, I’m pretty sure they will need to expand the office again :)

    The good thingsCelebrating my 3rd year in Sophi this month yayyyyyy!! Seriously grateful that I was able to find a cool and awesome company to work for!! Wouldn't stay this long if it was not a cool place to work on. The vibe and culture is just what I was looking for! Very grateful for my team also! Love and support all around!
    The challengesThe type and load of work are enjoyable and at the same time challenging but not too overbearing. I think its just the strictness of the policy is somewhat challenging sometimes if your too chill. Just need to be on top of your toes all the time.
