Low Salary, Slow career advancement, Higher Management Decisions is challenging.
The good thingsFun Workplace. People are easy to interact with.
The challengesSalary is low. The salary increase is not fair. Hardworking employees are recognized but rarely promoted unless they are very close to the higher management. HR is pro-management. No Trainings and Seminars. Higher Management decisions. Higher Management should focus on trends and development rather than coping with their old-school decisions.

The good thingsExperience wise is okay. They provide barracks to employees from provinces. But you should be observant in all aspects. IN ALL ASPECTS
The challengesYou should know whom you trust and be with. Maybe others will tell you something behind your back but smiling in front of you. ;)
