    Low Salary, Slow career advancement, Higher Management Decisions is challenging.
    The good thingsFun Workplace. People are easy to interact with.
    The challengesSalary is low. The salary increase is not fair. Hardworking employees are recognized but rarely promoted unless they are very close to the higher management. HR is pro-management. No Trainings and Seminars. Higher Management decisions. Higher Management should focus on trends and development rather than coping with their old-school decisions.

    Working with State Group of Companies
    The good thingsThe company provides shuttle service in going to and from the office (Trinoma, Binondo, Las Pinas) which is a very good advantage especially with the traffic that we're having these days. Working environment is great because the employees are very friendly.
    The challengesWe have a Saturday shift (8:30-12:00).
