    a company very few clients take seriously
    The good thingspayroll is timely and accurate, hr and recruitment processes are satisfactory.
    The challengestoo much gaslighting and deflection from management. upper management is like a college fraternity with little professionalism and power tripping. this all makes program performance suffer and consistently remain towards the bottom ranking of vendors.

    The company is great, they maintain a nice working environment.
    The good thingsThis is my first time call center job and I learn a lot, if you are not fit to one account, they will transfer you to another account. They want to keep you rather than let go of you.
    The challengesSalary is not too high until the major account close and suddenly a lot of us loss our job. Maybe marketing not too good because they only focus to the major instead of finding another account not to lost their company.

    The challengesThe only challenge for me personally was the very low salary that ain't enough for my actual expenses like home rental, food and travel costs. Though they're giving an additional amount for food and transportation, it still not enough to fit on my expenses, the only reason for staying is the very awesome working experience with a great friends
