    a company very few clients take seriously
    The good thingspayroll is timely and accurate, hr and recruitment processes are satisfactory.
    The challengestoo much gaslighting and deflection from management. upper management is like a college fraternity with little professionalism and power tripping. this all makes program performance suffer and consistently remain towards the bottom ranking of vendors.

    The good thingsStartek has been my home for 3 years and it really gives me a great experience to develop my leadership skills. Training wise are awesome and processes. People (depends on what account you are in) but generally all fine and friendly and culture of a family.
    The challengesChallenges as Startek has transferred me to one of their branch which is very far from where I'm located, though I'm happy i had to leave. Plus factor is that i think that salary is not that as competitive as it could be anymore. The account that I'm being transferred, perhaps the culture is far more different than from the previous account that i started with.
