The company is great, they maintain a nice working environment.The good thingsThis is my first time call center job and I learn a lot, if you are not fit to one account, they will transfer you to another account. They want to keep you rather than let go of you.
The challengesSalary is not too high until the major account close and suddenly a lot of us loss our job. Maybe marketing not too good because they only focus to the major instead of finding another account not to lost their company.
