    Specified Contractors and Development Inc. (SCDI) is a general contractor and developer geared toward meeting the specific needs and increasing demands of the country’s construction industry. Formerly known as E.O. Olonan Enterprises in 1975, it was incorporated in 1982, changing its name to Specified Contractors, Inc. The company has since then grew rapidly and with its continuing progress, it expanded its line of business including Land and Property Development. In 1994, it assumed the name Specified Contractors and Development Inc. to reflect its broadened scope. SCDI is classified as a Triple A licensed contractor by PCAB (Philippine Contractors and Accreditation Board).
