had to ignore my mental health just to survive this hostile environment
The good thingsFree food, had good friends
The challenges- management does not care about the wellbeing and mental health of their employees even if you're performing and a great contributor to the company - did a survey for RTO setup and even then, proceed to push through and not hear the employees who are performing even in WFH (the wfh setup was working for the department) - management does not know how the process is and decides without the insights of people who actually work for the product - promotes people who make the office a hostile environment (yelling at colleagues and emotionally manipulating people) - many have complained about certain individuals but never took action because of favoritism - attrition rate is high but pretends not to be affected, thus, making the people overworked - managers do 1on1s but never actually listened "just for documentation" - there have been times (many times) that pay is incorrect but when you send the HR a dispute they dont act on it unless you report them to DOLE - KPIs are always changing. if you reach the month's goal, they will change it because they dont want you to get the full incentive. they keep on changing it so that it's unattainable - schedule is always changing - they only care about people who kiss their as**s - there is b*llying, powertripping and micromanaging in this company

Run! You deserve better than Snappr.
The good thingsThere's nothing much, perhaps free food.
The challengesThe fact that Snappr has perenially been 'hiring' is pretty screaming of red flags. Lots of five-star reviews here on Jobstreet, but how do you explain the high attrition and low team morale? Head over to Indeed.com and Reddit for the real pulse of the people/insiders.

The challengesThe company has not yet graduated from Y Combinator Funding. Therefore, no capability to give formal training to employees and managers.

    Exceptional company & family!
The good thingsIn terms of the Sales Team, the Leadership authorities here are excellent! From the sales head manager, the team leaders, to my fellow sales consultant family, each one is instilled with that right DNA and culture of professionalism, effectiveness, and excellence. Noteworthy, the payment compensation is great and your successes & growth are recognized and acknowledged.
The challengesA personal challenge for me was keeping up with the ever efficient and fast-paced sales team. If you are headstrong about being a part of the Snappr family in terms of the sales team, you have to really be snappy but effective nevertheless. As mentioned above, this was a personal challenge. The company and sales team itself is great. Honestly, I have no negative feedback for this company and family. Rather, I encourage them to keep it up!

Happier than a kid with a Happy Meal toy
The good thingsPeople would always answer it's the people they work with but when you've been in the industry for a while you'll realize that it is how the management sees your full potential and does something about it. Proper coaching, designation of tasks based on your skillset, and they challenge us to be better and do better in each task.
The challengesIt's a young business and still needs structure. So you get to feel the challenges of building a young business.

The good thingsThis is the company that is very suitable for the photographers/editors. You'll be handled professionally. All the staff are very welcoming and approachable.
The challengesThere are no challenges as of the moment aside from not personally interacting with the tem since we are still in the pandemic.

Glad I decided to join Snappr!
The good thingsLots of room to learn, grow and work on challenging projects. If you're a builder like me, joining an early-stage startup like Snappr is a good move. You get to build stuff from the ground up. You also get to work with smart/talented people who are equally invested in making the company successful. Pay is good and there's opportunity to participate in the company's upside potential through equity grant.
The challengesIt's a fast-paced environment so be sure that you're okay with speed if you decide to join Snappr. The folks here will surely give you time to adjust and learn, but at some point you'll need to learn how to move quickly as well. This might mean being okay with not trying to get everything "perfect" and just iterating/improving as you go along. Overall I think this is not a bad thing at all and it actually makes you better. :)

    Great leaders, workmates and culture!
The good thingsThis is where you can work and manage your own time. plan your own strategies and learn new ways to be more efficient. Leaders will make sure you are equipped with the skills to maximize your potential commission and grow both professionally and personally.
The challengesAs a start up - the office space is not at par with bigger companies - although seeing the company's current growth the near future looks promising.

Totally different in a positive way from all the other companies I worked with in the past
The good thingsJust a fun environment to work at. Everybody is there to bring the best out of everyone. Working with Snappr makes you feel like its your second home. "Loving what you do, doing what you love."
The challengesWith Snappr its skies the limit so the challenges we face everyday is how to make as much money as we can. For people to work with Snappr, they have to be responsible enough to understand that the companies success is also our own. A culture where everyone that works here treats it as if its their own. If you're not built for that, then sadly its not for you. Plain and simple

The challengesThe space they have us working with is too tight. It gets crowded and loud at times when you are on a call

    How Snappr works.
The good thingsThe people you work with are willing to help you out if you need any. Also the management makes sure that the things you need to be more motivated are given. Also, if they see a potential in you they will help you to be better on the task that was given to you.
The challengesIt is hard to communicate to a different department, especially that they are situated in a different office. If you need something to be done ASAP, that is somewhat difficult to achieve since the only communication that you have with them is only through chat.

    Fun work place
The good thingsSnappr is not a BPO let's make that clear. In fact it is anti-BPO, anything you felt bad about from your last BPO company you will find that the exact opposite is happening here. Snappr is very rewarding and awesome, plus it feels great to finally be working for the account itself and not to the BPO and then the account which would be like Employee<BPO<Account.
The challengesChallenges here are challenges which you would enjoy. You are given rewards as long as you are doing your job. If you feel like you are deprived of appreciation in your last company, here in Snappr you'll be surprised that the most simple things you do in your last company is rewarded so greatly in here. Would probably write more but I'm too busy counting my the rewards I'm receiving right now. lol.
