Glad I decided to join Snappr! The good thingsLots of room to learn, grow and work on challenging projects. If you're a builder like me, joining an early-stage startup like Snappr is a good move. You get to build stuff from the ground up. You also get to work with smart/talented people who are equally invested in making the company successful. Pay is good and there's opportunity to participate in the company's upside potential through equity grant.
The challengesIt's a fast-paced environment so be sure that you're okay with speed if you decide to join Snappr. The folks here will surely give you time to adjust and learn, but at some point you'll need to learn how to move quickly as well. This might mean being okay with not trying to get everything "perfect" and just iterating/improving as you go along. Overall I think this is not a bad thing at all and it actually makes you better. :)
