    The good thingsThis company is fortunate to have such great people in their Human Resources Dept. who always makes it a point that the employees are motivated and having fun from time to time at work. Their programs of activities has changed the office culture from an icy to a warm atmosphere where employees are more comfortable working.
    The challengesThe unfortunate experience of some employees to work under an abusive Executive which makes them a victim of verbal, emotional and mental abuse. Employees should have been protected more from these kind of Executives who will embarrass you in front of other people that lowers self-esteem. Executives should have undergone People Management program for proper treatment and motivation their people.
