The good thingsThey pay on our salaries and benefits on time. They acknowledge holidays including overtime when you work during such days. This is a good company if you are a fresh graduate looking for experience to put in your resume.
The challengesThere is no career progression and employee training development plan in this company. There are only 3 tiers of position, "rank and file, officers and dept heads". They treat their employees as tools to achieve the company's goal. They do not care if a good employee leaves because management mindset is "there are a lot of people looking for jobs, we can easily replace him/her. This means that it has high turnover of employees.
To sum it up "THIS COMPANY IS ONLY GOOD IF YOU ARE FRESH GRADUATES LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE TO PUT IN YOUR RESUME". Your maximum stay should only be 1-2 years, after your 1st year start looking for another company.
