Northbank Holdings, Corporation is the corporate successor and vehicle organized to manage and develop the properties of the majority of the heirs of the late Mario L. Marfori.The principal stockholders come from one of the oldest pioneering and respected families of Davao City. Its founder Don Simeon Marfori I brought his family from Luzon shortly after the Philippine revolution subsequently acquiring properties in Davao Oriental and prime areas within the city. His trading business evolved into shipping, plantation and real estate and has further evolved into commercial and residential property developments. His only son, Isidro, inherited the Bankerohan and Marfori Heights properties.In the 1950s, his grandson Mario established the Herederos de Isidro Marfori (HDIM), a limited partnership in existence from the 1950s to the 2000s.In 1974, the Estate of Mario Marfori was formed and later incorporated as the Heirs of Mario Marfori Holdings, Inc.Now headed by the fourth generation Simeon P.
