Please improve your hiring process. You require applicants to attend on-site interviews but fail to provide updates afterward. Applicants invest considerable time, effort, and money to prepare for and attend these interviews. It is only fair that they receive timely updates on their application status. The experience of being "ghosted" after an interview is frustrating and unprofessional. The interview process is a two-way street; we also want to learn more about you.
