    Frustrating.
The good thingsWhile I appreciate that your team reviews resumes promptly, the follow-up process leaves much to be desired.
The challengesTo PSSI under APMC, Please improve your hiring process. You require applicants to attend on-site interviews but fail to provide updates afterward. Applicants invest considerable time, effort, and money to prepare for and attend these interviews. It is only fair that they receive timely updates on their application status. The experience of being "ghosted" after an interview is frustrating and unprofessional. The interview process is a two-way street; we also want to learn more about you.

    Meaningful and worthwhile experience
The good thingsThe HR staff/s assigned to help me in my internship is hands-on, kind, patient & appreciative. They give timely feedback.
The challengesDue to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I was not able to do my internship onsite. This setting also limited learnings that were better if the setting was face-to-face. There is still room for improvement in the internship program for remote settings -- but the HR Department was able to deliver the objectives of the internship.

Comprehensive engineering experience training you could never find anywhere else.
The good thingsMy assigned Associate Director Mr. Louie Catalan in Technical Group Department has maximized and handled my skills and capabilities. It was challenging but enjoying.
The challengesThey should have focused more on professionalism hygiene such as handling those who are capable more decently. Transparency on true positions occupied and handled by employee particularly reflected in contract and job offer. More effort in uniformity.

The good thingsI learned a lot as a T&C engineer. I get to work on different site and meet different people as well. I got to improve my communication skills since working here, involves attending meetings with clients.
The challengesFamily time is deprived since even after site inspections and after arriving home, you still have to do a lot of reports.

    Great
The good thingsWorking here can bring out the best in you since you will learn everything needed and can be contributed when you apply and get hired for a different company. There are many things that we have learned during our time here from safety management to being handling building equipment and budgeting once every year.
The challengesThe salary is on an average scale. Even though the salary is low, the learning is high. Sometimes, the work can mentally drain you since you have too much deadline but you can learn from experience from being not knowing to all-knowing.
