Nice people and workplace but no work life balanceThe good thingsGreat benefits like HMO with dependents, 14th, and 15th-month pay, and profit sharing.
The challengesNo proper orientation for the task, they will send you to a meeting without zero knowledge of what is the meeting about, they will give you a task but it's different on the job description, they will give you tasks that are different from your skills and give you a short deadline, so you have to rush on learning things and finish the task which will extend your working hours, and they will shock if you don't have knowledge on the operations of the bank even they know that you are from a different industry, they will ask you to work on weekends on your 1st week and extending your working hours, even though they are promoting work-life balance for new hires, they will get mad at you for not knowing what documents and forms to fill-up for a project, even they haven't taught you about those things, they are guarding every move you do, and they always suspicious for taking a leave.
