    Very Low Basic Salary & BenefitsThe nature of work is easier compared to my previous jobs. My supervisor is kind, approachable & generous. On the other hand, the management is more on numbers & sometimes forgot to set the quota /TAT on a realistic manner, and this leads to unattainable goals. Pro: Hybrid Con: Very low basic salary, & very low & very minimal benefits including an OT pay just enough to buy you a one 2-pc fully loaded meal in KFC (nothing more, nothing less)

    Traditional Local bank in philippines with conservative views. Great place to work since some departments are still "Hybrid set up" amongst other local banks.
    The good thingsOpportunity to grow your talent, career progression if you are performing well, most of the leaders are women which I admire all of them are nice & professional , most of them yes.

    Good company to work, but still it depends on the team that you will be assigned to
    The good thingsEmployee benefits such as bonuses, treats during company anniversary, not selfish to promotions if employee is deserving
    The challengesHonestly the team where I was assigned to was not a good one, due to the workload and not much learnings, didnt also have work-life balance in the role.

    Challenging but Rewarding
    The good thingsWork here is incredibly challenging and rewarding. I genuinely believe this is the best job you can have for a fresh graduate. I learned so much in less than a year and am really looking forward to my future experiences at Security Bank.
    The challengesSometime working with people in other departments is hard as they are not the most cooperative... but I really love the people in my own department. They have been great mentors to me and I have learned so much.

    My eye opener on the job training
    The good thingsI will be honest and straight to the point, things i really enjoyed in this company is its employees, not only those whom i worked with closely but everyone else. I guess ita because of how the management inspires, trains and satistfies its employees which creates a very postive workplace.
    The challengesThere afe not much of things that i think needs replacements in the company because i really admire their management. Maybe changes would be a little bit of improvement in employee salaries and benefits.
