Very Low Basic Salary & BenefitsThe nature of work is easier compared to my previous jobs. My supervisor is kind, approachable & generous. On the other hand, the management is more on numbers & sometimes forgot to set the quota /TAT on a realistic manner, and this leads to unattainable goals.
