    The good thingsCo-workers and my Boss are very supportive and always guiding me during my days working in Securty Bank.
    The challengesMost challenging is when you have to hit your quota monthly but you're unlucky to produce more everyday.

    The good thingsi am grateful for all the benefits that they have been giving to their employees..it is very realistic to the daily needs of their people. I also appreciate their effort to atleast yearly treat their employees together with their loved ones for out of town and fun activities. I am also proud of the seminars and trainings that they provide for their employees because it really helps a lot.
